5.0− Ngga bersih. Ada puntung rokok di ujung ruangan, apalagi di bawah kasur kotor banget. Kok bisa sampai sekotor itu seperti tidak pernah disapu? Bidetnya juga bocor tapi ngga dibenerin malah disuruh didiemin aja ditutup kerannya. Padahal saya nginep disitu 7 hari dan bidet bocor udah dari hari kedua. Waktu minta dibersihkan ruangannya dan ganti spreinya, cuman diganti spreinya aja tapi bersihin kamarnya sendiri malah dikasih tau posisi sapunya dimana. Kacau
