9.0La vista sulla baia è semplicemente incredibile! Il terrazzino è il vero punto di forza dell'appartamento e, da solo, vale il soggiorno. Per il resto, l'appartamento è comodo, ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per trascorrere una piacevole permanenza.
− L'ingresso del palazzo e la pulizia delle scale condominiali potrebbero essere curati meglio. Una maggiore attenzione a questi spazi renderebbe l'ambiente ancora più accogliente e piacevole.
