Personalul găsește soluții pa orice situație neprevăzută. Pe perioada sejurului a fost liniște, verde si curat. In concl
10.0Chiar dacă pe rezervare scrie check-in la ora 15:00, personalul a fost înțelegător si la ora 09:00 camera a fost pregătită pentru check-in! De asemenea, in rezervare scrie ca, proprietatea nu dispune de locuri se parcare asigurate, in practica se găsesc lângă proprietate locuri de parcare gratis!
Very nice but read before booking
10.0It is very comfortable and nice for families if they locate you in the first floor , otherwise less comfortable as there is no elevator and lots of stairs to go up and unhappy kids... We lived both options, happily we had 2 days on the first floor which made our experience a lot better 😄
− We didn't like the fact that we weren't told there is no elevator for the 4th floor which is quite high as it take 2 sets of stairs which makes it more like 8 floors to go up with kids and stuff you brought and other stuff you buy to feed the kids. Also there are some people living there as owners of theire apartments who are not very nice. So beware to mention the floor issue if you have kids and lots of things to uplift.

− Tesis icerisindeki restaurant sahibi kotu davranislar sergiledi alayci tavirlar icerisinde, havuzu kullanacaksaniz yereye oturacaginiza dikkat edin alis veris yapmadiginiz icin altinda oturdugunuzu cadiri gelip hic bisey demeden kapatip gider gunesin altinda kaliverirsiniz. Hic bir yerde yazmiyor cadir veya cadirlarin restaurant a ait olup olmadigi.
I recommend it to everyone -those with kids and also for workashion

7.0Nádherný areál , strážený Security. V celom areáli sú chodníky a stromi čiže je chládok. Detske preliezky,tenisový kurt , bazén . Reštaurácia v areáli varí skvelé jedlá pomer cena kvalita a je otvorená do 00:00. Areál čistý pravidelne upratovaní , na každom kroku sú koše ktoré pravidelne čistia - menia . Bazén čistý , voda skvelá , Detska šmýkačka , bazénové masážne miesto 5x . Izby nádherné , priestranné , čisté . Počas 10 dní nám 3X vymenili uteráky,postelne prádlo a doplnili hygienické potreby( mydlo,toaletný ).
− Mali sme problém so susedmi nad nami ktorí o 2-3 ráno vystrajali a aj po upozornení prevádzkarky a sbs to neprestalo . Nebola poskytnutá iná izba . Malé parkovisko a vedľa areálu je stavenisko čiže dosť prachu hlavne keď fúkal silný vietor ale to je taký detail .
