8.0Poucos dias antes de chegar a data da minha reserva , me mandaram mensagem dizendo que estariam fazendo reforma e cancelando a reserva. Achei muito estranho porque eles continuavam oferecendo hospedagem naquelas mesmas datas. Escrevi para eles questionando exatamente isto. Eles então mandaram mensagem dizendo que a reforma havia terminado e que caso eu desejasse, minha reserva estaria confirmada. Como eu mantive a reserva, achei que estava tudo ok, contudo, ao chegar lá eles falaram que não teriam uma acomodação para mim porque eu não confirmei. Devo confirmar algo que estava agendado no booking e que não havia sido cancelado por mim? No final, disponibilizaram um quarto. As paredes sao extremamente finas e você consegue ouvir absolutamente tudo que se passa nos quartos vizinhos. Resumo, não dormimos praticamente nada. Foi terrível. Não consigo imaginar como este local tem uma avaliação razoável pelo booking diante de tantas coisas negativas.
