10.0This hotel is a great option for visiting Wuxi. The location of this hotel is excellent, in a pleasant area near the Nanchang Temple scenic area and Nanchang Street. My room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was very good and varied, with both Chinese and Western options. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Delicious food and comfy beds.
9.0The breakfast has a great selections of food and drinks. The room is nice, calm, and very quiet. The bottle water near the front desk is great for travelers from abroad who are used to the drinkable tap water.
− The jacuzzi was not working when we stayed. There was a dish that had a very fishy taste and the chef has claimed that there was no spices that strong. the stay was overall very good and positive.

10.0Excelent staff attention, mainly Warren and Aria. We had many issues to be clarified and due to difficulty to communicate and they solved all. Excellent room and good hotel location.
− Their breakfast , 14 dollars, is too expensive in comparison to outside prices.

10.0We stayed in the serviced apartments. Great well furnished spacious rooms fitted with washer/dryer and we had a fantastic view looking over the city at night. Staff, super helpful with excellent English language skills. Location very close to ancient street markets. Great stay.
− Breakfast is ok. We paid 88 rmb for connivence of eating at the hotel. In highlight we should have gone for a walk and eaten local.
