7.0Předání klíčů, a komunukace s majitelkou, pokud bylo potřeba něco řešit vždy ochotně zařídila.
− Čtyři noci ze šesti v noci štěkali v sousedství velmi hlasitě psi.
Komunikace kolem ubytování byla naprosto perfektní. K dorozumění byl chytře používán překladač.
8.0Skvělý servis ze strany majitelky. Zájem o naše pohodlí a sladký dárek v ledničce na uvítanou. Zapomněla jsem ve Visoko pár kousků oblečení a okamžitě mi nabídla několik variant předání. Přijeli jsme až po půlnoci, přesto byla ochotná nám přijet odemknout a její přivítání bylo velmi přívětivé.
− Ubytování má jedinou vadu na kráse a to je blízkost továrny. Jinak bez připomínek, s dostatečně vybavenou kuchyní, pohodlné postele, příjemná velikost pokojů, doporučuji.
