5.0The location, the backyard and pool.
− There was too much furniture that looked like it was not supposed to be there. A random bed in the living room, two king size beds in a not so big room with no wardrobe. The house had two AC units. One on the ground floor and one in the bedroom with the two beds. The only one that was working was the one in the bedroom but it was not sufficient to cool the entire house. When we arrived there was some stuff from the previous tenants of the house and the stairs had dust and debris.
