needed to pay environmental tax would had been handy to pay by cash but couldn't as host not onsite.

− no human interaction only via whats app.

− The facilities were not so comfortable and we had a problem with the hot water.

3.0No staff on site. Rooms are remotely controlled and all interaction are by WhatsApp and codes. For the issues we had (leaking shower, no sheets...) the service was terrible:no solutions, and the worst part is that they offered us to LEAVE if we wish at 21:00!!! In addition, insanely amount of large spiders, outside the rooms ,and some got in...
