Great apartment, but not so great service
7.0Beautyful apartment in the very downtown area of Schaffhausen. Very nicely renovated and fully equipped. There's a small corner for working, a TV area, an amazing kitchen and upstairs a very nice bedroom.
− The flat was in theory cleaned. I was charged for a cleaning fee, however the windowsills were dusty, the drain in the bathroom was full of hair. I asked the property manager to dismiss the cleaning fee, but it's been a month with no answer. Poor service is worse than a bad apartment. It's a pity they don't care.

6.0The proximity to public transport, supermarkets and the town centre
− The apartment is located in an area with high rise construction in two streets close by. The apartment sits on the ground floor on the corner of 2 streets. Rosengasse is having road works and so heavy street noise commences between 7am and 8am week days. There are blinds on the windows, so no natural light is available. The property management of this apartment is appalling. The key access information was incorrect. No information was provided regarding laundry facilities being located outside the apartment. The telephone number to contact the property was incorrect. I should have been notified of the street works, so I could make alternative arrangements.
