10.0La casa ha una terrazza straordinaria, elegante, fresca, ventilata, accessoriata e con una vista bellissima. La vasca idromassaggio è quel qualcosa in più per chi ama questo genere di cose. Viene voglia di passare ore ed ore su quella terrazza. Attenzione: la casa è situata in cima a una ripida salita (si trova in alto, per questo la vista è molto bella) per la quale serve certamente una automobile o un motorino. L'interno della casa è super accessoriato, perfetto per due persone, magari anche due con un bambino, un po' meno comodo per tre adulti (oltre al letto matrimoniale si può dormire su un divano letto). La casa è molto nuova, ristrutturata di recente, con un spazio verde ampio antistante, una utile lavanderia e uno spazio barbecue.
