Bien, pero cobros indebidos

La cama es muy cómoda.

− El dueño intentó cobrarme un 15% más del valor total de la reserva, diciendo que la comisión de booking tenía que pagarla yo porque como cliente yo había optado por esa opción. Eso es mentira. Lo que intentó hacer es totalmente ilegal. Hablo del caso para que simplemente otras personas sepan y no caigan en este aprovechamiento.

La ubicación

− Estaba sucio, baño con pelos, rejilla sucia en el lavatorio, alfombras muy sucias, espejo del baño manchado con jabón, vidrios sucios. Si bien el dpto era lindo, es la primera vez que me alojo en un lugar tan sucio y descuidado.
