Disappointing stay

− Dirty apartment, leaking toilet, 5 light bulbs not working, dirty stained bed covers, sofa stained, and wasn't told it was up 3 flights of stairs which isn't good when 2 people of the booking has limited mobility.
Enjoyable.
7.0− No deckchairs to take to pool. One sunlounger but broken. TV no BBC or ITV.

− Apartment was very tired looking appliances - fridge & oven need updating, air conditioning wasn't working. Bathroom extractor fan not working & very noisy , toilet roll holders etc. Falling off the wall.

− Apartment is a bit tired but clean
Very stressful and uncomfortable. And really upset us as we were looking forward to it.
1.0shops and restaurants were walking distance
− -There was a teaspoon wedged in the fixture to hold the shower head -Could not adjust the tap to have a bath, tried to fill but plug too big for the plug hole -Towels in apartment were old and worn and not many new towels or new sheets they were full of holes -The headboards were not attached to the beds -Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable causing considerable back pain -No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Air conditioning only lasted a few days in the other areas -Furniture was old and in poor condition (scratched) -The fridge had dirty marks on it -The coffee machine still had a used pod in it from the last guest stay -It stopped working because it needed to be descaled -The aerial was broken part of it was still in the socket so we could not use the TV -Very poor quality in disrepair apartment and it was overpriced -The electrical sockets worked intermittently -No bin bags
