I'm not a fussy person; it was okay for three days but not really a welcoming place.

Bed was quite comfortable.

− Cleanliness. I pulled a mouldy pizza out of the oven and threw in the garbage. The kitchen garbage was not removed in the three days I was there. There was a dirty, used towel on the bathroom floor when I arrived and it was never picked up. There is no dining table anywhere to sit at.

Rubbish.... i need my refund ASAP!

I don't like anything about this place. It was not clean. Shoe's everywhere, I could not even get access to the room I paid for. Host still deny me on my refund.

− No access code to the he i paid for. I Called, req9. Host said my checking is day after not d day I paid for. Hence no preparation for me coming. I lay on d floor with my son in the cold rather than been in the room I paid over CAD100 for. Absolutely rip off!

1 Star - Basic bed with no frills - like bring your own towel and soap!

The location was great for me, but the place was minimal everything (1 Star).

− After booking, I discovered in the fine print that parking was an additional cost, which is unusual for a rented room-style house with a large driveway. I was able to go online and obtain a Pickering pass for street parking, which allowed me to avoid the $35 fine as a visitor. However, that required a lot of work when the driveway was right there. It was a place to sleep, but very poor in my opinion - unclean, no amenities (no towel or soap in bathroom), no desk to set up a computer, and a family was next door in the basement with 5 or 6 people that were loud until about 11 at night (past the 9 PM requested limit). I am glad I brought earplugs! There was minimal everything...

The host and the property manager were very helpful. They even allowed us to check out an hour late coz we checked in very late at night. Location is in a quiet neighborhood which is all we needed after a long drive.

− Looks like it's work in progress (construction) as facilities were bare minimum. The kitchenette wasn't super clean. Good for one night.
