On the whole a great place to stay for so many of us.

Spacious rooms and perfect for our large family get together. Living space & terrace particularly lovely.

− The communication is poor of you don’t have the app: I didn’t receive the door code for example & tried to negotiate a later check out time many times!. Also the key safe appears to be a bit broken: made it difficult to store the key safely each time we left. Could do with coasters, more lamps that work ( living room lamp was missing a bulb) & large fluffy towels. A welcome basket would be a nice touch/make it feel more ‘luxe’.

Great house for one or two nights, house needs a bit of tlc

We liked the location and the flexibility of the space. The lounge was a really lovely bright space.

− Some things were broken, like the blinds in the mezzanine witch meant the blinds were down all the time, items in the kitchen were broken such as vegetable peeler and chipped plates. The mattress in the main bedroom wasn't great.

What a fantastic location and a stunning house filled with magical spaces all around the house

Great place for a large group, lovely lounge; cleanliness, cutlery & towels provision not top notch.

The lounge and balcony with sea views are both fantastic. The number of bedrooms and 6 separate beds was perfect for us. Location is great. Kitchen is a good size.

− Not enough cutlery or wine glasses for 6 people. There wasn't hand soap or hand towels in 2 of the toilets or kitchen. A few things weren't clean e.g. black mould in the ensuite shower, kitchen table runner needed washing. Ensuite shower tray very shallow and overflowed.

Super house, lots of space and lots of stairs

Great location and very clean. Small issue which was dealt with within hours. Lots of space for 7 (3 adults, 4 children) beds were ok for 3 nights. Any more and I’m sure my back would be protesting. Lots and lots of stairs, ok for me and children…. Or so for grandparents.

− Lots of stairs. Not sure if it was mentioned in the booking.com listing. House is over 8 levels with small 7 step stairs between each. Ok for younger guests but not so good for OAP’s

Wunderschönes Haus praktisch am Strand von Hastings.

Es ist ein wunderbares, grosses Haus, ideal für uns ( wir waren 6 Personen). Sehr komfortabel. In der Küche fanden wir alles was wir brauchten. 400 m entfernt war man schon am Strand, gerade am Pier. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr unkompliziert. WiFi funktionierte perfekt.
