− Freezer and front door gate didn’t work Such a steep driveway, only for the fearless WiFi not so good on bedroom level
Perfect house with disappointing pool experience
9.0The view is priceless!!! The house was incredibly clean and complete!
− We booked the house not at least because of the heatable pool (we had another also in consideration). They guaranteed us at least 25 degrees, and for this, we also had to pay an extra fee of 45€ per day! But, then, the big disappointment for the whole family, and especially my kids, the pool was much colder from the beginning on the second day I called them and they promised to send somone and fix it but no one showed up, and on the 3rd day, I asked for a refund of the money for the pool heating. So, finally, they confirmed that the pool had only 15 degrees and they refunded. But no explanation, no, sorry, no trying to fix it, nothing! So at the end they perfect house experience was destroyed by not delivering what we paid for and it's even a bad taste of trying to cheat us with the payment for the heating or even booking the house with wrong promisses;(
An amazing stay will definitely come back :)
