9.0整體很乾淨、小而美的房型，所附早餐簡單營養美味，性價比高，坐在日式榻榻米上享用，窗外還有造景十分愜意。位在小巷中，停車場有4、5個位置，空間略小需留意，停滿了可能要在外面停車場找位置。
