− Парковка. Она есть! Но будьте готовы что вам прийдется по искать себе место.

Struttura ben tenuta, tranne che alla finestra del soggiorno non c'erano finestre con apertura a vasistas, necessarie per la privacy, il bagno comodo ma il lavabo così piccolo che non si potrebbero lavare la faccia neanche i 7 nani, l'acqua della doccia si accumula nel piatto doccia, e manca il climatizzatore nella camera da letto, c'è un ventilatore, ma con queste temperature serve. L'ambiente è ben tenuto ma.....

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. We loved our stay here. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is quiet and dark with shutters down. We didn't use the kitchen as we like to eat out but it looked well equipped. The bathroom was a good size & the washing machine came in very handy. The large balcony is fab and we spent time there when not out and about. The location was perfect for us as the transport links are great, and there are so many great places to eat, as well as lots of supermarkets. The neighbours were friendly, as were the locals. We absolutely loved Velia Bistrot which is a few minutes walk away and would highly recommend. We will definitely try to book this apartment next time we are in Rome.

Приятная небольшая квартира в 7-10 мин пешком от вокзала Тибуртина, отлично подходит для двоих, очень комфортный балкон, есть все необходимое - фен, утюг и т.д. В пешей доступности супермаркеты и локальные рестораны и пиццерии. Быстрая коммуникация с хозяином.

− В целом все понравилось. Возможно не хватает доски для нарезки хлеба и пары винных бокалов, но и это не критично.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and safe stay. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was and how secure the place felt. The location is excellent, close to public transport and within easy reach of the city center, which made getting around very convenient. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, always available to answer any questions and provide useful information. This really made our experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-located place. We would definitely come back again!
