4th visit, not a charm. Great location though

This is the 4th time we have stopped here. We love the location, and on the previous 3 visits, it was great.

− Unfortunately, on this occasion we had to clean the place upon arrival. Lots of cobwebs and a large clump of dark brown hair in the 1st bedroom. That wouldn't have been such an issue if the water heater hadn't given up working on the 1st morning. A 3 day stay was spoilt by no hot water and having to have cold showers every day. We also had to stay close by to wait on a contractor coming to fix it. Sadly, they couldn't. The contractor did say that it looked like it wasn't a new issue. We were unable to get out and about, so we were unable to visit the areas we had planned to.

Close to beach and town

− Tv didn’t work properly could not get ordinary channels remote broken aswell 1 toilet did not flush properly and took an hour to fill up cooking pans well outdated

Great apartment in Ramsgate

Great sized apartment, well stocked kitchen, great location.

− Smelt cigarette smoke on arrival but hopefully just a blip from previous guests.

Great facilities, kitchen was well stocked - towels and bedding were first class - location was very good, right by the sea front and the parking was good.

− No shelving in the bathrooms for toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc and no shelving or anywhere to put things whilst taking a shower (flannel, shower gel, shampoo etc) I had to keep bending down to access things and for people with mobility issues or for the elderly (me!) this could be a struggle - but easily solved. Also there is a step to one of the toilets that I feel should be highlighted or an informative sign in view. Although I have made a couple of negative comments, I do not wish to detract from my overall comfort and enjoyment from staying here - I was very impressed most aspects, not least the facilities. It was a splendid stay at a great location - I just feel it is catered more for younger people.

− Apartment was fine - dated but fine. Except one of the bathrooms was filthy - black mould and grouting, also carpeted. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable given the photos. Have also complained with host and stay.
