9.0L'appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel, calme. Il est très sécurisé, avec de grands volumes. Une première terrasse immense donne sur la mer, la seconde donne accès à un espace cuisine d'été. L'espace jacuzzi est un vrai +
− Le seul bémol est le manque d'équipements avec notamment des bols, tasses etc en nombre insuffisant.
