10.0Di assoluta comodità il check-in online e il codice di accesso inviato in anticipo per l'accesso all'alloggio. L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, arredato in stile moderno, in modo essenziale ma curato. Dotato di tutto il necessario descritto (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, dotazione per la pulizia, piano di cottura elettrico con possibilità di 2 piastre aggiuntive mobili, ...), l'appartamento garantisce un ottimo isolamento acustico e, dati gli ambienti generosi, permette di trascorrere senza problemi soggiorni anche prolungati, per una famiglia di 4 persone come noi e almeno fino a 5 persone. L'assistenza del gestore/ proprietario, molto premurosa e assolutamente soddisfacente. Dovessimo avere l'opportunità di tornare a Barcellona, sicuramente valuterei per prima questa soluzione.
− La posizione dell'alloggio, per quanto davvero molto comoda, è in una zona che la sera potrebbe trasmettere scarsa sicurezza per chi non è abituato a quartieri multietnici ma personalmente, anche con due bimbi in età preadolescente, non abbiamo avuto nessun genere di problema. Riguardo la dotazione dell'appartamento, qualche bicchiere e stoviglia in più non sarebbe di troppo. Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

9.0Big rooms, comfortable beds, clean house. Walkable area with lots of connections to center town, many shops for supplies. Friendly host.

Pierwszy raz padliśmy ofiarą oszusta.
1.0Blisko mieszka moja rodzina, dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na ten apartament.
− **Uwaga** Właściciel próbuje wyłudzać pieniądze! Po zakończonym pobycie właściciel mieszkania oskarżył nas o rzekome zniszczenie łóżka i zażądał odszkodowania, przesyłając dziwne zdjęcia przez WhatsApp. Łóżko od początku było w złym stanie – spało na nim dziecko, które nie mogło go uszkodzić. Po tej sytuacji przeczytaliśmy opinie i okazało się, że nie jesteśmy pierwszymi ofiarami – identyczne oskarżenia spotkały innych gości. Właściciel sam przyznał, że "raz już mu się udało" i próbuje to powtórzyć. To próba wyłudzenia i oszustwa – sprawa została zgłoszona. Booking powinien dokładniej weryfikować takie oferty!
