5.0Main building had a restaurant with good food at a good price.
− The location we stayed at was practically impossible to find. The description for its location was “across the train tracks.” The road to get there was unmarked, minimum maintenance, and about a mile away from the main building. The room floor had dog hair/dirt like it hadn’t been cleaned well from the previous guests. The outdoor lamp didn’t work. One of the lamps in the house didn’t have a light bulb. The bathroom has yellow stains on the wall above the toilet. The smart TV doesn’t work with any streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, ect).
Great location, next time will try a caboose and see if that cuts down the noise.
7.0The food was exceptional but with limited choices. The wait staff was great in both the bar and restaurant.
− Blinds did not work in my room which left a lot of light coming in. No air and with a train yard next door leaving the window open meant it was very noisy in the night. Hot water was scarce in the morning when everyone took showers.

− We were very disappointed that they did not groom ski tracks when they got snow. What we paid to stay for 2 nights, would expect the trails to be groomed. Restaurant was mediocre, basic burgers, salads cheeseburger $22. We stayed in the “schoolhouse “ suite which was very nice.

6.0Nice out door hot tub. Great location off the highway
− Right on the railway tracks. Room was so small, barely room to move around the bed. And the hotel was not busy so we could easily have been upgraded to a better room not facing the tracks and yet no consideration given.
