Very quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. The views, oh those views! The fire pit area and the hot tub were outstanding. The house was perfect for a family gathering.

− The house could use better lighting - the energy saver bulbs aren't enough. I was a real challenge to figure out what and where the switches are to control both indoor and outdoor light fixtures. Maybe a map of the switches could be included in the compendium? The house was pretty clean but it seemed the house hadn't been opened up for some time. It was a bit musty. We also had some trouble with the door in the master bedroom as it would accept the key but not unlock. The back door the to patio was problematic as well. The handle seem loose and the key wouldn't allow us to lock on departure.

This was an accessible piece of paradise at a very reasonable price. Will come again.

Beautiful property, peaceful, entry instructions were straight forward, beds were the comfiest beds I've slept in outside of my own home. Plenty of information was provided for use of the amenities. The spa was very clean and comfortable, and it was stunning to watch the night sky while in it.

− Only minor gripes here is that we didn't really have enough drinking tumblers and honestly, that will be easy for the host to fix up now that he's been made aware of the issue. A couple of fixtures need a little tlc about the place, but this is largely cosmetic and won't put me off a 2nd visit one bit.

We loved the wonderful views, very quiet location & size of the house. We were a family of 7, grown-up children, ourselves & elderly parents. Plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub & fire pit were well used. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Warwick was very helpful & great communication.
