Poor facilities, inadequate seating in tv room , thin towels and no bath size towels, not enough seating for guests in
1.0Not much. Seemed a cute cottage but once settled facilities were very lacking. Only one oversized thin hand towel each as bath towel for three days. Nowhere to hang and dry them so they stayed wet especially when the heat failed. Cottage sleeps 5 , there was 4 of us but only three seats in the lounge/tv room so two would have to sit on a wooden kitchen chair all night to watch tv. Only seating for two in the other sitting room. The heating failed and it was -2 outside. Messaged the host who ignored us and up until we left never contacted us at all. Leanne the host clearly lived nearby as she turned up shortly after we arrived and walked straight inside without being invited. Was clearly checking us out but was very invasive
− Facilities lacking, faulty heating even though it was freezing outside. Host ignored messages even though she lived nearby. Should have addressed it if offered some refund.
