− Mattress covers not changed where there is hair and dirt especially master bedroom and also the wash room is dirty. The door handle, lock ,mirror malfunctions and not proper hanger, no body wash and shampoo There were not enough bath towels provided even though the apartment owner had been informed. For example, we came as four adults but only 2 were provided.

− Towel provided in bad condition. Poor maintenance of the property eg bathroom door lock broken, kitchen door cabinet broken, kitchen utensil in bad condition & too small in size for rice pot & water boiler. Water heater pump noisy, etc.
