The place was right next to the beach, so it was super refreshing to just walk down whenever we felt like it. Breakfast was available for MYR 35, buffet-style, and pretty decent. There were also two swimming pools on the property, which was nice. The place is tucked away in a quiet, secluded area, making it peaceful and great for a getaway. It’s about a 5-minute drive to the nearest town, so having a car is definitely a plus. Just be aware that the road leading to the compound is quite dark at night, so drive carefully if you’re coming back late. The building itself does show its age, with rusted guardrails on some apartments, peeling paint, and dark stains on the walls. That said, it didn’t bother us much and didn’t take away from the overall experience. The calm surroundings and relaxing vibe more than made up for it. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked well – the Wi-Fi, fridge, air con, and even the water heater in the bathroom. Overall, it was a chill and comfortable stay, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

− There were a few things we didn’t love about the apartment during our stay. The projector, for instance, didn’t work at all throughout our 3-day visit. We couldn’t get it to connect to the Wi-Fi, and even though we contacted customer service, we never received a response. The projector tripod stand itself had a few missing nuts making it unstable when you carry it around. It wasn’t a major issue, though, since we didn’t really need the projector in the first place. There were also a few maintenance issues that could use some attention: the bottom of the sink was exposed, the shelf under the mirror in the room was sagging, the table in the living room had some broken pieces, and the door to the balcony was stuck and couldn’t be opened. The bedside lamps was also inoperable as there wasn't any outlet behind it. They do provide one extension cord that is in the living room, so that kind of fix the problem of not having an outlet beside you to turn on the light and have your phone charging beside you. While these little inconveniences were noticeable, they didn’t really impact our overall experience, and we were still able to enjoy our stay.

Nice and comfort to stay. Clean and easy. Basic utilities provided. Door use passcode, so… easy for family members to come in. No need to open the door for them. No key or card.

− No microwave or fryer.. So difficult to reheat the meal.
