Landlord cancelled booking when was 1 hour away from property refuses to pay refund stay clear
1.0Nothing the landlord is so ignorant
− What this landlord is saying in his reply is a blatant lie he cancelled the booking when 2 x 26year olds where travelling for 4 hours and where one hour away from the property I have my own place in London so would not have been anywhere near this ignorant man, he also kept the money he charged me for the room He can make up what he wants I have the phone call recording to prove this.

9.0Location about 15 minutes to Kidbrooke station but the Co-op is just 2 minutes walk.
− There was no duvet or sheet or blanket, just the bedspread so I had to use the bath towel as blanket to sleep. Got back too late so I didn't want to disturb the owner.
Mediocre and expensive for quality offered
5.0Clean. Water pressure. Friendly greeting on arrival.
− Horrible stains on old sofa. Furniture is cheap. No side lighting on the sitting room. Boiler pipework is exposed. No top sheet, blanket or duvet, just a poly cotton bed cover. Tiny cups Bed is too hard and needs a memory foam topper. Expensive for quality offered.
