Good view with multiple issues made for an uncomfortable and frustrating stay.
6.0It was in punta zicatela with one access through a paved road and the view was good.
− Serious issues with this accommodation: 1. No air conditioning, making the heat unbearable. 2. Non-refundable booking prevented us from leaving early. 3. First night: Only hot water available, making showering uncomfortable after a long day of travel. 4. Mosquito problem: Despite a net, it didn't close properly, trapping insects inside. 5. Pool concerns: Unclear if it was clean; filtration system off during our entire stay. 6. Inconvenient drinking water access: Only available on the first floor, far from our room. 7. Security issue: Doors didn't shut properly. Lock present, but doors could be pushed open easily. 8. Host response: Responsive after the first day; water issue resolved within 24 hours. 9. Overall experience: By the time issues were addressed, we wanted to leave despite having paid for an extra night. The host should have checked these issues when cleaning the room. This experience significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
