The location, right by the High Street and beach is great. It was a good space for the 4 of us and the bedrooms were lovely.

− We found it difficult to sit outside in the garden as the patio furniture was broken and rickety, bordering on dangerous to use.

Excellent location. There were only two of us so properly was perfect for us. Great access to the town, beach and restaurants yet quiet at night. Good to have a garden with outdoor seating space. property was lovely and warm, as weather was cold.

− Nothing really. We were just one couple so used en suite upstairs.. If there were two couples would have been more tricky as main bathroom was downstairs and stairs very steep. Nothing can do about this though. The bath water was running very slowly so gave up with trying to have a bath

Fabulous cosy, warm, well equipped and decorated cottage which is so convenient in every way.

Despite being centrally located in the High Street, it was surprisingly quiet, even on a Saturday night next to the Fish & Chip Shop! And being so central, the shops are super convenient, including the Co-Op which is a minute up the road, and the sea which is 2 minutes. Parking in the street outside was generally possible, and there was always space in the Terrace just behind when more than 2 hours were needed during the day. The cottage is really lovely and just what you'd hope for in a quaint coastal cottage, yet it was very warm and cosy and with every convenience. Having an en-suite bathroom upstairs, and a downstairs bathroom as well suited us perfectly.

− You can't lock the door inside without a key. So if someone stays in the house, and someone else goes out, but needs to let themselves back in it's tricky. Although there was a back door key too, so ultimately not really an issue.
