10.0Steps from everything within walking distance. Secured facilities with 24 hours security guard. Well maintained local despite the occasional cigarette smell from some nearby building’s residents. But overall outstanding place

Overall great value for the money and prime location.
9.0The property is easily accessible from the street. It’s very secured and clean overall. The big windows brings plenty of light into the place, and many appliances are available to use.
− The missing elevator makes it somewhat difficult to access the higher floors, as there are several stairways to climb up. Though there is no smoking in rooms, many of the hallways smelled cigarettes, which was not pleasant.
