PERFECT!
10.0Had an excellent stay! Comfy bed, clean annex. Used the jacuzzi every night & loved it. You can park on the drive & go down the side alley to reach the annex. The homeowners never disturbed us at all, would definitely come back! Also based in the perfect location, not too far from all the famous landmarks. There’s also a giant Sainsbury’s nearby so you can do food shopping etc whilst you’re here.

Truly amazing property
10.0Oh my days what a beautiful property with a stunning garden that leads onto river Eamont!!! Watched a stoke catch its breakfast around 5am!! The annex it’s self is amazing for night stay!! I also don’t mind being in someone else garden it does not bother me!! And the host totally respects your privacy while on your stay!!! Which is a good thing in my eyes!! I did not use the hot tub because when I arrived I was totally goosed after 24 mile hike and I barely could walk!! This is not the host fault at all but to get to Penrith town center by foot you have to cross a very very busy junction that leads to motorway which half of the crossing on one side is out of use so keep that in mind if you are walking to bus station or train station
− As a 6ft 2 and 18 stone man the shower is far to small for me but that’s me problem not the host fault

8.0This is a lovely little annex situated close to Penrith, the garden is beautiful with the River Eamont running along the bottom end. The hot tub was clean and easy to work and the communication from the hosts was excellent.
− The Wi-Fi didn't work However I must stress that I didn't contact the hosts as we were only staying one night and it wasn't a big deal for us so they never had a chance to rectify the issue.

10.0The property was in a great location on the riverbank and a short walk into Penrith and a short drive to Pooley Bridge
