Bright spacious apartment in prime location close to beach and town - some improvements required
7.0The apartment was bright and spacious with 2 balcony's (one with sea view). The location was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to numerous beaches and 10 minute walks to the town or to supermarkets.
− There was a strong smell of humidity and damp throughout our stay. We did open all windows and doors for the majority of the day but when going to sleep at night, the smell remained in the bedroom. There was rust on the drying rack in kitchen and on the fan in bedroom. The pots and pans are old and scratched and should be updated and replaced. There was an ant invasion inside the apartment. We called the owner and he came with spray and traps. He also arranged the next day for the apartment and ants to be cleaned and the drying rack in kitchen was replaced which was appreciated. We expected some money back due to the issues we encountered but it wasn't offered.

Un appartamento da sogno vicino a tutto
9.0Struttura carinissima, da poco ristrutturata, accogliente e perfetta per tre persone. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ed eravamo in tre, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nella flessibilità degli orari permettendoci di fare il check-in in anticipo e il check-out più tardi del previsto. All’interno della casa era presente tutto il necessario e anche di più, abbiamo trovato anche tovaglie pulite per ogni persona (cosa da non dare per scontato, soprattutto se si tratta di un appartamento). La posizione della casa è la migliore che si possa trovare, noi eravamo a piedi ma in un brevissimo tempo potevamo raggiungere tutti i punti centrali della zona, il mare, la piazza, il lungomare ecc. Pulizia impeccabile, con addirittura due balconcini, uno di questi con vista mare. Che dire, da non perdersela!
− Le uniche pecca della struttura sono le ripide scale per raggiungerla, per noi non è stato un problema ma è importante specificarlo. Inoltre, il doccino della doccia era rotto e non poteva essere sostenuto, sarebbe da sistemare.
