1.0The house was big
− The house had a terrible damp smell. The geyser works on a timer which only comes on for 2 hours in the morning which is from 5 to 7. There is no warm bedding. The pool is Very dirty. There are no proper dishes in the house. There is no braai area no proper braai stand . The place should be taken off booking.com because they don't keep up to standards and is a very unpleasant place to stay in.

− Furniture very old and they were dead flies all over the window seals.dish towels were very dirty no even small dish washing liquid in kitchen.no safety gate it could not be locked.

Horrible House

− Terrible property! House was not clean. Dishes looked decades old and dirty. Dishcloths were all stained and dirty. Kitchen was in a messed up state with broken cupboards, microwave had no plate in it. So many lights did not work. Light switches were missing from ceiling fans. Sliding doors have no latches to lock. Balcony gate had no key to open the lock. Outside gate does not lock which resulted in a breaking into our van and resulted in 5k worth of fishing gear stolen. Had to report it to the police. Water stopped which became a nightmare! Outside seating area had so many lights not working, pool was dirty with no net to even clean it ourselves. Couches was all stained but looks so nice in pictures. Pictures on the website are years old and the house is in a bad state compared to the false pictures advertised. There was a locked door leading to the garage and such a terrible odour was coming from behind it like rotting rats or an animal. Toilet was leaking, basin tap was missing. Zero security measures at the property. Tenant kept leaving the outside gate opened and our vehicles at risk of another break in. The house is spacious but not worth the money at all due to the state that it's kept in and false pictures advertised. The caretaker did not assist one bit when we contacted him, for 4 days we had no assistance and was forced to stay under those conditions and actually had to mop and sweep the house ourselves in order to be cleaned. Seems like all the bad reviews were hidden when booking this place and only afterwards the bad reviews showed... DON'T DO IT GUYS. BOOK ELSEWHERE.
House big enough for the rest of us. Very clean. Just note these beds that are old.
