7.0Location was OK. Kitchen could be bit more tidy. Room sizes ok but needs little thinking in terms of basic conveniences. Like Work table provided but no chairs ? In one of the rooms no Wardrobe/Cupboard / Cloth hangers. Towel of Micro Fiber not very convenient. No hand Towels provided. Caretaker Sagar was responsive.

9.0The outside garden area is really peaceful and beautiful to relax. The rooms are clean. Overall an excellent stay. Shivam is a good host.
− We couldn’t find spoons and forks in the kitchen. They are setting up the property as it is new.

The garden area, nestled under trees, provided a serene escape and was perfect for relaxing. The host was exceptionally nice and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the villa's location is convenient, just a quick 5-minute drive to Pari Chowk and Expo Mart. I would absolutely book this place again; it exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Greater Noida.
