8.0A lot packed into a small space, kitchen incredibly well stocked, nice BBQ, fenced in deck was perfect with the dogs. Host was lovely.
− Could use fans for the summer heat as there is no A/C but did cool off by the time we went to sleep. Alternatively having a bug screen on the front door would allow you to open the door to help cool the space down in the evenings.

9.0This tiny house has it all! Kitchen was very well stocked and there were loads of towels. Bedding was good too! The ceiling is so high and with so many windows it's not claustrophobic at all. The new deck down on the beach is gorgeous! And huge, what a bonus! The stairs up and down are very doable despite my knee issue. BTW, there is a huge Webber BBQ on the Tiny House deck.
− The only thing that could improve the experience would be a place to sit on the deck with it rains. There isn't any shelter on the deck.

10.0Good location, quiet and private. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. It's small but it has everything we need. Our whole family enjoyed it alot and look forward to coming back in the future.
