The Views from just about all the rooms are amazing

− The cleaning could be better and more useful kitchen equipment, there are no Pyrex dishes.

enjoyed our stay, room was amazing, air con was good and needed.

Nothing about the accomodation … only sea views ..Do not book this apartment unless you want seaviews as the host lady is very unwelcoming and rude. Apartment smelled musty, lounge suit and carpets smelled and feels dirty and needed to be spring cleaned to be brought up to standard considering we paid over $1000 for 2 nights stay. And we had to re-wash plates cups utensils etc etc as they were dirty. And beddings are only provided for 4 people so if you paid for more than 4 then make sure to check on arrival or take own beddings as beddings and blankets provided were tooo thin considering it was cold while we were there last weekend 04-06 April. And when you leave make sure to take pics of apartment and keys left in mail box as the lady tried to claim that we did not leave keys behind until I sent her the photo of it in the mailbox then she gave excuses and lied & blamed someone at reception …lol… when instructions given were not to contact reception at all as apartment was privately managed. Paid over $1000 for 2 nights and felt it was not up to standard so making a complaint to booking.com where we made our bookings as it’s not up to standard as we have holidayed and travelled alot abroad & locally too and this is the worst experience we have encountered. From the instructions key collection to fire alarm going off before we settled in. And I advised the lady but it’s like or it’s your fault …lol..Be careful hosts are dishonest. And you need to clean up when you leave … First time this has happened when it’s a booking from booking.com for us. It’s not a hotel apartment, it’s privately managed but you won’t know until you have paid over $1000 for 2 nights & confirmed booking which is non-refundable. Take photos to prove that you have left keys in lock box and photos of apartment when you leave as hosts / owners are dishonest so cover your basis.

− Didn’t like anything apart from seaviews. Booked and paid over $1000 for 2 nights for my family of 6 people (my husband and my 4 children) 4 of us arrived Friday evening and Instructions sent was vague …should have advised which tower we were in …ended up in wrong tower & somehow managed to get into wrong apartment 8C (same apartment # in other tower) using keys provided and when I rang the # provided …the lady was quite rude. We paid for my family of 6 people for 2 nights. However, 2 of my children joined us the next day but before they arrived, I had asked the lady if there was enough beddings for the 6 of us and she was adamant that there was. They arrived the next afternoon and nightfall we were setting up their beds (do it yourself - extra bed in lounge should have been prepped as we paid for 6 like most places we have stayed at its pre-done. All beds are even if bed in lounge suite had beds made but not the case here)…it’s do it yourself and we paid over $1000 for 3 nights for 6 people Friday to Sunday …from Fridays arrival to alarm going off and still not settled in and having to wait outside for over an hour then musty smelly apartment and we had to rewash cups plates utensils etc etc as they were dirty and make sure to wipe outside table if you going to sit there to absorb the seaviews as table and chairs are filthy. It felt like more work then having a weekend break with my family …ahhhh …money wasted so never book this apartment unless you wanna re-wash the dishes etc etc or clean up the outdoor balcony …mop the balcony floor or wipe down the tables and chairs as it’s filthy.
