Veel te duur voor de slechte informatievoorziening en zoektochten en het achterstallig onderhoud.
2.0De grote ruimte was fijn.
− Alles rondom informatie, parkeerplek vinden en veel beschadigingen in de kamer en achterstallig onderhoud. Het was lawaaierig, veel spinnenrag aan de kozijnen, prullenbak in badkamer die miste een voetpedaal. We hebben een half uur gezocht naar onze kamer, die in een ander gebouw bleek te zijn. Dat was nergens aangegeven. En tegenstrijdige informatie over parkeerkosten en plek.
Wir werden nie mehr Self-Check-Hotels buchen, was einem den ganzen Aufenthalt versaut.
5.0Lage
− Die Unterkunft war überhitzt, über 30 Grad. Dadurch hat es den Ameisen im Dachstockbad besonders gefallen. Das alles wäre zu ertragen gewesen, wenn beim Self-Checkin die Telefonhilfe ein wenig anständiger und hilfsbereiter gewesen wäre. Auch die Telefonverbindung war sehr unverständlich da die Mikrofone oder ihre Freisprechanlage zu wünschen übrig liessen.

7.0De l'appartement belle vue sur la ville et au loin le lac. Apparetement spacieux, propre. Grande salle de bain
− Les mails reçus en allemand, incompréhensible. Enregistrement sur place via une tablette, en allemand que je ne maitrise pas. Même les personnes présentes ne savaient pas s'enregistrer. Le frigo dans la chambre n'était pas branché donc impossible de refroidir nos boissons.

− The operational staff is complete disaster. I arrived after walking 35km totally tired and there was nobody at reception and on my paid booking was said reservation cancelled. I called the hotel representative, he was everything but helpful, talk to me in very bad way and he asks for one more booking at double price. Really far from the behaviour such a hotel should have. It was disappointing and I will not stand here anymore. I asked booking for help and very the same, disappointing communication not willing to help in difficult situation
