Appartamento ampio dotato di tutti i servizi. Unico neo l’odore stantio di “vecchio” che si percepisce costantemente in
7.0Apprezzata la disponibilità di acqua e birra fresca nel frigo.
− Da migliorare: un tappeto scendi doccia e un supporto interno per i prodotti della doccia. Scomoda la presa dietro al mobiletto del bagno per l’utilizzo del phon.

2.0Solo ed esclusivamente la vicinanza rispetto al luogo ove si è tenuto l'evento di mio interesse.
− Il sol dormirci non vale il prezzo pagato. Tanfo di vecchio, foto di madonne e presunti deceduti, finestre che non si chiudono, porte che non rimangono aperte... suggestionano anche le persone più audaci come le mie figlie ! La struttura ha necessità di essere sistemata per poter essere considerata ricettiva per fini turistici. Impianto elettrico totalmente fuori norma - per intenderci risultava difficile anche caricare gli smartphone -... PERÒ C'È ALEXA! Il sig. Filippo con i suoi modi gentilissimi e cordiali ha preteso immediatamente il pagamento degli extra (che in ogni caso gli spettano di diritto secondo quanto da me accettato in fase di prenotazione) attendendo che mia moglie uscisse dal bagno, appena arrivata con le nostre 2 figlie e dopo un viaggio di 900 km, facendole firmare un *contratto di locazione breve* che io in tanti anni non ho mai né visto né tantomeno firmato. Non avrei scritto nulla se solamente non mi fosse quasi stata estorta questa recensione.
