This is probably the worst booking that I have ever had on Booking.com... and Ive been on here since 2010. The first day I was there was ok- it was a Friday. Decent enough to get the codes and everything and get it. But this place is not in a great neighborhood- location. The building across the street is abandoned- and the street is not all that great. I would definitely not have been comfortable leaving my car on the street- especially considering the number of break ins in St Louis. Thats why I selected this place- I though they had secure/gated parking... turns out it was not secure at all.

− The Saturday afternoon that I was there- I was about to leave the buidling at 5 pm. When I got down to the lobby it was overrrun with people. When I exited the front there there were at least 70-80 people at the pool. This is supposed to be a controlled building with no univited guest. These people had taken over the pool, the building and the parking lot. When I got to the parking lot- they had taken up every open spot and were just randomly parked all over the lot- blocking the exit and entry. I left with my car- and returned at about 11 pm. When I came back- they had finally shut down the pool party- but these kids had still taken over the parking lots. Cars parked everywhere.... 30-40 people just hanging out in the lots. At the point- I did not feel safe leaving my car there- so I collected my things and left. My reservation was till Monday- I texted the host when I checked out. Never did receive and kind of refund. Horrible experience... horrible host.... horrible service.

I did have some enjoyment, but in all---it was the worse vacation I've had in ever.

Hard to see the key pad on lock box, but was helped by Daja.

− I was told it was okay to park in handicapped as long as I had a sticker (which I do). I came out and my vehicle was towed! I called Daja and she tell me to call and find out how much. It was $380 (which she did cash app me this), however, when I went to the towing facility I was told to come back next day. Long story short, I had to pay Uber 3x's (around $30 each) and for almost 2 days without my vehicle to explore the city. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to St Louis.
