1.0Our stay was extremely uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were told that our booking through Booking.com was not confirmed and that no rooms were available, despite us having a reservation. The staff made no effort to facilitate us. The temperature was below freezing, yet we were not provided with proper heating — the heater given was ineffective, and no inverters were offered. We paid a significant amount for two rooms for two nights, but basic toiletries were not provided. Additionally, the rooms next to us were occupied by a group of very loud and disrespectful boys who kept shouting and using abusive language late into the night. We were unable to sleep due to the constant noise. When we complained, the staff responded that they couldn't do anything about it. Overall, the experience was disappointing, the service was unprofessional, and it felt like a complete waste of money.

− The worst part was the lack of cleanliness. There was ongoing construction on the property which was very disturbing in the morning. Also the load shedding was a problem too.
