Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci da soli. in piena notte con un alloggio alternativo. Neppure nei giorni successivi ci è stato possibile usufruire del servizio regolarmente pagato e neppure avere risposte dai gestori. Un atteggiamento assolutamente inqualificabile. Fortunatamente, dopo ripetuti contatti con il supporto di Booking, siamo riusciti a fare cancellare la prenotazione e ora siamo in attesa del rimborso economico.

− After arriving in Athens, I went to the apartment location, but the host had turned off his phone and did not provide any information on how to access the property. My friend and I spent from 3 PM to 6 PM contacting Booking customer service to find another place to stay. We lost an entire day of our vacation, which caused a lot of stress and frustration. This experience was very disappointing and negatively affected our holiday.
