4.0Good AC, hot water, Direct TV Quiet good location by Kaweah river
− Cob webs everywhere, unclean floors, damaged counter next to sink, unkempt grounds with overgrown vegetation, balcony furniture dirty, trash on the ground beneath balcony. Overall rundown appearance
No comment.
5.0We enjoyed that the staff left out garbage so bears could knock it over leaving trash all over the place. This brought our wildlife viewing experience to right outside our door. Their approach to housekeeping made it feel like we were staying at a relative’s house rather than a hotel. The crumbling infrastructure is inviting for ground squirrels, bringing nature right outside our door. Throughout our three day experience, we didn’t see or meet any staff members. Leaving for a complete hands off approach to hosting us; allowing us to experience feeling isolated.
− Honestly, I didn’t enjoy the scenic views of the rolling foothills and easy access and wading in the Kaweah river.
Wonderful relaxing weekend
