− La moquette non è il massimo in un appartamento da affittare. Il bagno non ha la finestra Gli infissi di finestra e porta lasciano passare molto gli spifferi

Great location! There is a bus stop right outside the front door, and bus number 6 goes directly towards Hyde Park and Victoria Station. The nearest Tube station (Maida Vale) is a 10-minute walk away, and there is a grocery shop just 5 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood is lovely and feels safe. Self-check-in was very easy, with clear instructions. The apartment had coffee, tea and sugar available. There was also a coffee machine, but we weren't sure how to use it or whether it was working.

− There is a construction work around the building. They started at 8 in the morning so it was not very early morning, luckily. Since we booked for 4 people I was expect that sofa will be ready as a bed when we came at night. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on because one side sloped slightly downwards and the other side upwards. It is a small basement apartment and it is quite damp. The doors leading to the terrace, which isn’t really a terrace, let cold air in.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Die Innenstadt war mit dem Bus gut erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle befand sich direkt vor der Tür und auch eine Bahnstation war in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für vier Personen und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es waren alle Geräte vorhanden, die man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt.

− Leider gab es auch einige Nachteile. Die Wohnung lag im Keller, was in der Anzeige nicht klar ersichtlich war. Die angegebene Terrasse entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen: Es handelte sich um einen schmalen Bereich zwischen Gebäuden, der kaum zum gemütlichen Sitzen geeignet war. Das Bett war mit 140 cm Breite für zwei Erwachsene recht klein. Auch das Schlafsofa war leider nicht wirklich zum Schlafen geeignet und sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Außerdem war an der Badezimmerdecke sichtbarer Schimmel vorhanden, was ich besonders problematisch fand. Mit neuen Möbeln, der Beseitigung des Schimmels und einer transparenteren Beschreibung der Wohnung in der Anzeige hätte ich deutlich mehr Punkte vergeben. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung Potenzial, es gibt jedoch einige Dinge, die verbessert werden sollten.
