10.0Everything is clean and we can see the seaside view Car can be parked in a multi-storey car parking so my car does not have to park under the hot sun and there is high levels of security. Security guars are also really kind and friendly

7.0location is ok. convenient. nearby a lot of restoran, can find the food nearby.
− all the fan in the house is very dirty. a lot of dust. hope landlaord take care of this every time. and the microwave dirty also and smelly too, cann't use, we are afraid to use. please clean up. someone will raining is heavy, the big room can hear the wing sound, cann't sleep. hope landlord can repair the window. the water dispense no hot water at all. tq.
