An enjoyable location.
7.0It was nice to be across the road from the water and the accommodations were nice.
− The noise from the construction next door was horrible. We were not advised of any works even though were booked months ahead of our stay. It was pretty poor service. Parking was very difficult; particularly for my father who has mobility issues.

7.0− The lounge had a lot of dirt in between the cushions. The water doesn't drain properly in the main shower The stairs are dangerous. Looking at them there is no strips on the edge or a hand rail. One person fell and landed face down because she missed a step. There were building work going on next door which started early waking us up

Property was lovely.
8.0The property was clean and spacious and worked well for our family week. We were able to walk to restaurants and also catch the ferry over to Palm Beach. We walked everywhere.
− The parking is not ideal, but manageable. The booking.com listing was confusing (needs fixing) because there are photos of a garage and 3 different parking options noted but it is only street parking. On a long weekend this was not good due to increased tourism. Garage is not available to guests. The property hosts 6 people so I would recommend limiting vehicles.

− Only a single reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room. This made the whole apartment feel very cold, and possibly hot in the middle in summer.. Bedrooms had tiny inefficient portable electric heaters which really did do nothing. Made the stay in the evening quite uncomfortable. Yes, there were plenty of warm blankets, but you won't bring those to the dining table...

8.0Loved the space, size of the apartment and location
− I would of preferred air-conditioning throughout the apartment. The oilheaters didn't warm the bedrooms at all, but they had great thick, comfy blankets that kept us warm. I would of liked a few plastic containers that I would store food in the fridge. E.g I cut up some watermelon but nothing to stre it in that had a lid. More PowerPoint's in the bedrooms that you can access
