− The property intentionally misleads perspective clients by claiming it is in a good location when in reality it is quite far from the centre of Kigali and in a rubbish area. It took us a couple of hours to find the place, since it wasn't in the location that was given, and in the end we stopped at a different hotel and used their phone, and even then had to wait another half an hour for the guy to send us the location. When we eventually arrived and asked why the wrong address was given, we were told they had just moved and had not corrected their address yet. This is, of course, not true as the address given is the Oman Embassy. The hotel is staffed by a group of rude men with little interest in helping. What they are interested in doing is taking down your booking confirmation number and pin code, from the reservation copy they ask to see, and then write a review on your behalf. We now realise that most of the reviews were written by the accommodation and not by the guests. While staying at the hotel I got an email notification saying I had given a 10/10 review. It has taken until now for booking.com to remove my 10/10 fake review so I can write a genuine review. There are a huge list of issues relating to the misleading information provided online, such as there being a pool, when there is no pool, air conditioning, when there is no air conditioning.
