This is a spotless wonderful boutique place. There are 4 rooms inside a building. The rooms open to a shared kitchen area which is well equipped. This was my second stay, the place looked brand new each time. Marble floors great comfortable bed & a spacious bathroom. It is "remote managed" which means you get a WhatsApp message informing you how to do self check-in. You can use your phone or a code is provided. It's located a few blocks from the river.

Dissapointing stay, misleading information

The location was great. The Guest House was very clean. Cleaning room option available every day.

− 1. Room size advertised as 20 square meters - instead it was much smaller. Didn’t have much space even to walk around the bed. Decent size bathroom but very small shower. Difficult to turn round not touching the doors. 2. Zero soundproofing - we were allocated a room next to the shared kitchen. You basically had to go through the kitchen to get to the room. The other guests used the kitchen frequently and we were constantly woken up early in the morning by them using the kitchen, preparing food, cleaning the dishes. You could smell the food and hear clearly every single sound. It was very annoying because instead of relaxing time on holiday we were up 6:30am. It was worse than living in a student’s dorm. There was no privacy. 3. The key/check in system- if you don’t have a data/roaming or good signal or your battery died then you have a problem with getting into the building. There is no physical key, all operated via phone. 4. Very uncomfortable mattress- you leaning into the centre of the bed all the time. 5. Although the contact with the property was very nice and pleasant once we complained about the room size, mattress, soundproofing…they were only trying to convince that it was all ok. The situation wasn’t solved. Once I asked them to text me instead of calling as I was in the middle of the planned activities they stopped any contact relating to the situation.

Чистий апартамент. Чудове розташування. Зручне ліжко.

− Район достатньо шумний все ж. Тому вночі пробуджуєшся. Вода хаотично горяча /холодна. Дуже дуже вузька.

La habitación estaba bien, un poco justa, pero bueno, para dormir y poco más suficiente. Punto positivo, que cuando lo cogí no lo sabía, es que tiene una zona común para poder comer o desayunar. Hay cafetera y capsulas, azucar, etc. lo que es de gran ayuda para el desayuno. Hay frigorifico tanto en la habitación como el sala común. Llegamos tarde, y entramos de manera autónoma, es muy fácil de acceder.

− Las ventanas son antiguas, y estaría bien un cambio, ya que no ajustan, y hacen que se oiga algún ruido del patio. (cuando la gente entra y sale)
