Great unit just needs a little work to make it exceptional.
6.0The pool and proximity to beach and town. Overall it seemed pretty safe even though it was busy over Easter.
− The furniture could use a little up dating. The couch was so uncomfortable you couldn't even sit on it. The out door furniture was no better just some simple metal chairs. The plumbing could use a little work also. There was next to no water coming out of the bathroom tap. It did have a coffee maker but took a half an hour to brew coffee, it probably just needed to be descaled. The kitchen stove top is only a 110 unit and barely gets hot enough to cook anything. Over all its a nice unit just needs a little care.

8.0The place is pretty well located. The unit was clean and came with plenty of cooking utensils. Also came equipped with beach chairs, and towels. It even had a drying rack for drying stuff outside.
− They constantly sent urgent messages pre arrival wanting me to fill out a form and send a Picture of my passport. Booking.com says NOT to send passport/ID pictures. I even screen shot it and sent it to them. They persisted in asking for it.

8.0La piscina muy bonita y limpia. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. El residencial es muy tranquilo.
− Tuvimos problemas con el parqueo para el vehículo. Estaba demasiado lleno y varias veces debimos estacionar en otro lugar algo lejos de la habitación.
