10.0Just off the passagita Corso, for strolling day or evening. Light cornetto and honey and jam breakfast, espresso juice and tea. Quiet accommodation, and modern decor. Close to variety of eateries, seafood, pizza, Gelato and aperitif drinks. Air condition throughout, window access for fresh air. Roomy shower, soap toiletries, SoS alert monitor in shower. Towels, cotton swabs and pads. Toilet and bidet. Bed is comfortable, with black out curtains, wardrobe closet, small dresser and tv. Multiple eating areas, counter and table. Spacious entryway, with motion sensor light. Living room faces pedestrian street/building entry and surrounding courtyards. Small cube refrigerator, microwave, dishes, mugs and eating utensils, corkscrew.
− Though plenty of choice for food, would be nice to be able to cook eggs or fresh pasta from the many specialty shops nearby. No cooking utensils.

10.0Spacious, quiet, and very nicely decorated. The owner was extremely kind and helpful (he picked me up from the train station). Great location—just a few steps from the main pedestrian street and close to the historic center. I had a wonderful time here.
