Overall, disappointed with the accomodations

I was informed at 10:30pm the night before check-in that the air conditioning in Loft Verdi was broken and I was assigned a room in Palazzo Verdi a B&B managed by the same owner. I asked about the room, but did not receive a reply and was told I could contact booking.com to find another place to stay. Since I was not left with much time to make alternate arrangements I opted to take the room in Palazzo Verdi and therefore my review is related to my experience with Palazzo Verdi.

− Upon my arrival the host was very friendly and accomodating, but the room was disappointly small. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room which was a problem given the heat wave Italy was experiencing during my stay, and the light fixture over the sink in the bathroom was broken and blinked continuously making it impossible to see and get ready in the bathroom. In addition, I woke up to the neighbors snoring in the middle of the night. The breakfast was average with various pastries, some fruit, and coffee & juice. Although the host was very friendly and willing to provide information on nearby sites, I would not stay here again.

L'appartamento è semplicemente splendido gode di una posizione comodissima per visitare il centro città. Si è verificato un disguido indipendente dal proprietario il quale però gentilmente ci ha messo a disposizione le giuste alternative e la possibilità di scegliere altre soluzioni abitative diverse. Un vero SIGNORE che ringrazio ancora di cuore

Very nice and spacious apartment right in the center of Viterbo. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in order. There is underground parking option available on request right below the building, with elevator taking you to the apartment's floor.

Heel comfortabel appartement, in het centrum gelegen met eigen parkeerplaats.

− Het keukengerei mag van ons wat uitgebreider zijn. Als je zelf wil koken is het een beetje behelpen.

Top! Top!! Top!!! Il Loft Verdi è veramente Super consigliato sotto tutti i punti di vista, si trova al terzo e ultimo piano di una bella palazzina in una piazza appena dentro le mura ,permette quindi di girarare tranquillamente a piedi tutta Viterbo , ma allo stesso tempo uscire dal centro storico con la macchina in due minuti. Garage comodo sotto la struttura, con assensore che arriva alla porta dell'appartamento Il Loft è molto grande , bel pavimento in legno impeccabile come tutto il resto , zona giorno , liminosissima con una finestra e due porte finestra che danno su una terrazza che copre tutta la lunghezza del appartamento , bel divano , grande tavola , cucina nuovissima , e grande televisore . Zona secondo piano con camera grande ( letto e cuscini comodi) e bel bagno . A tutto questo si aggiunge una super super colazione e la gentilezza e simpatia del signor Ricardo che ringrazio per i prezziosissimi consigli.
