10.0Loved the location for what we needed in Lakeland. Food, shopping, and other needs all close by. Very clean and comfy setup in the house. Great yard out back.

Biased and disrespectful the host
1.0− The host !!! Probably was a mix up in booking this house !!! Remind you two days before it was time to stay. I did not like the way the host was talking to me. She was very biased so I wanted my money back in a refund I bid and pleaded this lady Melissa would not give back the money or try to come to a reasoning point for this stay she also was very angry that I was using my mobile discount and my genius level which I am at 6 now from staying at 47 properties on booking I have never once had a bad complaint!!! or in my life had anyone ever handle me and my family the way that Melissa did! I was advised by booking to try to reason with her if this lady just would not understand!! I never got the $312 back plus I had to rebook to stay somewhere else! There was definitely no southern charm here as far as the property I never even made it there!
